• Explore different types of businesses and choose the one that inspires you most.
• Get specialized training tailored to your chosen business track.
• Work with peers and mentors to prepare for the operations phase.
Outcome: Students enter Phase 3 confident in their chosen business role.

Phase 3: Business Operations & Real-World Practice
Where ideas turn into action.
• Step into your role and experience what it’s like to run a business day-to-day.
• Collaborate with other young entrepreneurs to trade, share resources, and support each other’s growth.
• Learn how to adapt, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced business environment.
Outcome: Students gain real-world skills, confidence, and the ability to work as part of a functioning team.

Phase 4: The Young Entrepreneur Visionary Award
An opportunity for the most driven students.
• Open to students who create a complete business plan and meet all award requirements on their own time.
• Present your plan and vision to The Board — our panel of community judges.
• Compete for the Young Entrepreneur Visionary Award, which includes prize money to help launch or grow your business idea.
Outcome: Students gain advanced presentation experience, recognition for their initiative, and the chance to win the Young Entrepreneur Visionary Award of $500.
